Core Team

The Core Team, carry out the essential centralised tasks of the Trust. These include paying salaries, keeping financial and personnel records, carrying out the Company and Charity Law functions of the Trust and servicing Trustee Meetings.

The Director also has a key leadership role, setting the strategic direction of the organisation and supervising senior staff.

There are 35 full and part-time staff working across London bringing together their expertise from the education, training, employment, fundraising, business, social work and probation sectors.
